• Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as consulting with clients, providing customer service, closing sales, and understanding real estate trends and market conditions. This role will also require the Senior Property Consultant to coordinate with real estate developers to ensure the completion of projects and sales targets. - Location : Heliopolis & Zayed - Consulting and Communication skills - Customer Service and Sales skills - 2+ Years of Expertise in Real Estate is a must. (preferably brokerage) - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field - Ability to achieve sales targets and deadlines - Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
