Eram Talent is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dredging Survey Manager to join our client's offshore team in the UAE. As a Dredging Survey Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of survey operations related to dredging projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in dredging surveying, preferably in an offshore environment.
- Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment, such as multibeam echosounders and positioning systems.
- Proven experience in managing and leading survey teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in survey software and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with relevant safety procedures and guidelines.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
