As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering construction projects
