Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer - Offshore to join our team. As a Senior Project Engineer - Offshore, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing offshore projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and delivery of quality solutions. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage offshore projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as required
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore project management
- Strong knowledge of offshore engineering principles and practices
- Experience in managing complex offshore projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software/tools
