Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Lead Methods Engineer to work in the offshore industry. As a Lead Methods Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering activities related to offshore projects. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to a team of engineers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in developing and implementing effective engineering methods and procedures for offshore projects.
- Ensure that design and construction activities adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and project management, to ensure effective project execution.
- Review and analyze project specifications and requirements to develop appropriate engineering solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving any technical issues that arise.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
- Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and drawings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and technologies related to offshore engineering.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 12 Years of Extensive experience in offshore engineering, with a focus on methods and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of engineers.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
