Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sub-Contracts Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Sub-Contracts Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing sub-contracts for complex projects. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of sub-contracts, adherence to contractual requirements, and mitigation of risks. Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate sub-contract documentation, including terms and conditions
- Identify and assess risks associated with sub-contracts, and develop mitigation strategies
- Negotiate and finalize sub-contract agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and track sub-contract performance, including deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the execution of sub-contracts
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Prepare and present reports on sub-contract performance to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sub-contract management in the Oil & Gas domain.
- Proven track record in managing and negotiating sub-contracts for complex projects
- Strong knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and evaluate risks associated with sub-contracts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software/tools
