Job Purpose
To support Dato' President's Office with translation tasks from both written and audio materials from one or more languages i.e. English to Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia and vice versa with accurate meaning to the original text and intent.
Job Descriptions
Translate information that is contextually accurate for both written and audio, into one or more other languages by ensuring its meaning and context are maintained, creates glossaries or term dictionaries, possesses knowledge of multiple languages
Translate, edit and proofread
Consulting with experts in a specialist field, or works with individual clients and corporations if required
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
Job Requirement:
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to produce high standard works on a consistent basis with good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with strong ability to work well with all level of staff
- A self-motivated and energetic person who can work under pressure
- Required Language (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Hokkien (added advantage)
Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
