About you

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team and lead collaboratively with our contract partners.

As the Collaborative Leader for Service Delivery Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring superb service delivery, surpassing objectives, and maintaining exceptional operational performance. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering strong partnerships to drive success and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership to a front-line team, encompassing staff productivity, safety, and quality, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing coaching.
  • Proactively manage contractual requirements, tracking performance against objectives, reporting, analysing, and evaluating regularly.
  • Lead representation at contract meetings, ensuring outstanding service delivery and superior stakeholder relations.
  • Forge professional client relationships, delivering end-to-end customer interactions and effective communication across business levels.
  • Respond promptly to threats to service delivery, handling operational incidents efficiently.
  • Ensure compliant waste disposal and documentation, directing work allocation for optimal results.
  • Manage health & safety compliance, collaborate on fleet maintenance, and conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings.
  • Efficiently manage employee onboarding/offboarding and staff development aligned with roles.
  • Embed and ensure compliance with HSEQ systems and processes throughout the site.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in business administration or logistics.
  • 5+ years' experience in transport management or logistics-related industry
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to HSE, environmental legislation, and safety management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with exemplary communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational abilities, and a valid New Zealand driver’s license.
