We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a *Senior Solution Architect *focused on our Customer Digital Solutions team.

As a key member of our Digital & Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Enablement, your key functions will include:

  • Demonstrate thought leadership by incorporating leading practices into architecture and design for Customer Solutions and product features.
  • Maintain the Customer Solution Domain roadmap aligned with architecture vision, product feature roadmaps, and business strategy/priority.
  • Design digital solutions and features in alignment with platform requirements and technology roadmap.
  • Support the product owner by decomposing features and enablers into deliverable software components.
  • Support the architectural runway and identification of enablers (including Mitre 10 architectural governance process).
  • Establish a library of design patterns based on team learnings.
  • Coach and mentor the team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proficient in designing and delivering solutions using cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
  • Proficient in designing and delivering solutions using customer solutions technologies, such as SAP CDC, Emarsys, SAP Commerce Cloud, CRM platforms, Customer data platforms, marketing automation and MarTech platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of the organisation.
  • Proficient in designing and delivering solutions using DevOps and agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD, etc.
