The Delivery Management Team Leader plays a key leadership role leading a remote team across NZ and AU in delivering a seamless delivery brand experience.

You will be responsible for driving high performance by providing support and continuous development to your team, ensuring we are providing a brand aligned experience to our customers

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to ensure that customer interaction (both internal and external) through all channels received by the Delivery Management Team provides a brand aligned customer experience.
  • Ensure the deliveries are optimised through date integrity and a proactive approach to balance business efficiency with customer experience Data analytical skills to measure team productivity and customer service SLA metrics.
  • Provide strong people leadership to maximise results from others.
  • Elevated level of Stakeholder engagement.
  • Participate in the sourcing and recruitment of future DMT (Delivery Management Team) talent.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years Team Leader experience
  • Experience in an operational environment or delivery and installation role would be an advantage.
  • Have a demonstrated history of communicating effectively across the business with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Flexible with a positive attitude to challenging situations.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
