We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Buyers Assistant to strengthen our dynamic purchasing team. Job Summary: As a Buyers Assistant at Pak’n Save Mill Street, you'll be instrumental in assisting with the purchasing process when required, inventory management, and providing cover and assisting the dry department when needed. This role is your gateway to understanding the complex dynamics of retail management, specifically in a supermarket setting. The Role:
- Undertake necessary administrative functions assisting the buying team
- New line audits
- Ensuring all paperwork is up to date.
- Running credit reports.
- Process parked invoices
- Reporting as needed
- Process income invoices
- Provide SOH information
- Assist Senior Buyer as required
- Cover & assist the Dry team when required

Days & Hours: Monday 5am to 2:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday 6am to 3:30pm
