Working hours:
Sunday to Thursday: 09:00-16:00 on Sunday and 9:30-18:00 from Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient assistance to clients and team members, handling queries, and processing orders with a positive attitude.
• Take charge of opening, operating, and closing the checkout when required, ensuring accuracy in cash and card transactions.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach, exhibiting excellent oral and written communication skills, and fostering effective teamwork.
• Move pallets with boxes to the aisles, stock and organize the shelves, keep the shelves replenished and organized, ensuring safe and tidy aisles for our customers.
• Receive, price, organize, and replenish ambient products.
• Ensure accurate stock levels and proper rotation of goods.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment and a seamless workflow.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are upheld in the order preparation process.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, food industry, or a warehousing environment is advantageous, but not essential.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• A forklift license and SAP experience are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A can-do attitude and a willingness to help others and think of customers in everything they do.
• Honest team player, integrity, and reliability is essential.
• Be accountable and driven to better their performance each week.
