The role will be dealing with both Trade and DIY customers in our fast-paced Drive-Thru Department. The key responsibilities are assisting customers within the yard and drive-thru, picking and loading customers’ orders for deliveries and collection.
We are looking for a reliable, hard working individual who is able to roll up their sleeves and assist our Trade Team, both in the yard and drive through. This role is a permanent full time role, including weekends on a roster basis, reporting to the Trade Drive Through Manager.
For this position we are seeking someone who has:
- Enthusiasm and team spirited with a "can do" attitude;
- Preferably a reasonable understanding of the building industry and its products;
- Physically fit and have solid health and safety values as some manual heavy lifting is involved;
- A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt, be flexible and willing to learn;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Current full NZ drivers' licence;
- Experience using a forklift, preferable with F endorsement licence.
