The role:
As a Warehouse Team Member/Replenishment, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the products are received, priced and displayed properly. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 09:30 - 18:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, pricing, organizing, and replenishing chilled and frozen products.
- Ensuring accurate stock levels and proper rotation of perishable goods.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are upheld in the order preparation process.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, food industry, or a warehousing environment is advantageous, but not essential.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- A forklift license and SAP experience are advantageous, but not essential.
- Able to work in cold environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to help others and think of customers in everything they do.
- Honest team player, integrity, and reliability are essential.
- Be accountable and driven to better their performance each week.
