Introduction

This role will support our New Business, Client Service and Operations teams by providing advanced reporting and data insights to drive operational efficiency and provide recommendations around key performance metrics.

The Role

As an integral part of the Business Development team, you will need to have a wide range of technical skills. These range from Excel proficiency to the ability to run SQL queries (for the purpose of dashboarding in DOMO/Power Bi) and building advanced reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other tools. You will also have strong strategic thinking ability, developing a good understanding of business objectives, data collection and data processing practices.

These include:

• End-to-end data management including data collection, processing, cleaning and analysis
• Managing and maintaining Salesforce set-up and reporting as well as improving user experience
• Liaising with the US stakeholders regarding Salesforce systems requirements and set-up
• Working with the Sales and Marketing team to improve data quality in Salesforce and Pardot
• Setting up and maintaining marketing automation and data flows
• Weekly and monthly sales forecasting as well as monthly global reporting
• Collaborating with the wider business to ensure forecasting accuracy and billing
• Working with the Marketing team to support analysis and reporting around business-critical marketing activity
• Analysing key sales pipeline information to provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders
• Sourcing external information to enhance stored data
• Building dashboards and advanced reports for key sales and marketing initiatives as well as ad-hoc projects
• Training new Salesforce users and identifying areas for system improvements

Who we're looking for

We'll give you the training and support you need to be successful in this role, however, we'll expect you to be able to adapt quickly to changing requirements, with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving.

You will also have experience in/with:

• Manipulating and analysing large data sets in Excel, DOMO, and built-in Salesforce reporting
• Business modelling and business process improvement as well as testing
• CRM (Salesforce) and Accounting software (Concept)
• End-to-end enterprise data management
• Aggregating large volumes of data from multiple sources
• Interpreting results and creating insightful reports for non-data professionals
• Recommending and implementing analytical approaches based on business requirements and capabilities
• Proven track record in forecasting and performing statistical analysis
• Long-term projects with multiple stages
• Experience with data visualisation tools (DOMO, Power BI, etc.)

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data, sourced from various parts of the business
• Previous experience working in the Recruitment industry - although this is not essential!
