Description
Business partnership for the RotoMetrics organization as the focus.
Business partnership for the production facility in Großmehring (Germany).
Regular travels to the factory in Großmehring (approximately 1-2 times a quarter).
Working in the EMEA team with daily alignments.
Analysis on Sales, Order Intakes, COGS, SG&A, Capex etc.
Calculating budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Establishing local metrics to measure operational performance.
Supporting local accounting with calculations.
Create various ad-hoc analytics.
Escalates any financial issues to management.
Collaborates with senior managers in the accounting and finance team across each of the EMEA region.

MS Office (in special Excel)
Manufacturing company experience is an asset
Work on your own initiative and work closely with a team at the same time
Hyperion or OneStream is an asset
Depending on your location: German or Polish, English is mandatory
Willingness to travel
Working in virtual teams
