Job Title: HR & Recruitment Consultant - Entry Level

Work Location: Doha, Qatar
*Working Days *:Saturday to Thursday, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new clients by presenting our services and understanding their HR and recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to HR and recruitment.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skill in English both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Salary:
The salary range for this position is QAR 2500 to QAR 3000 (full package), commensurate with qualifications and experience.
