We are seeking an experienced *Site Manager *to join us. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building functions and guaranteeing the safety and functionality of all our facilities in Switzerland. You will have a critical role in setting up a new facility incorporing engineering activities and chemical production.

  • Take the leading role in transitioning and consolidating our current facilities to a new brand new facility that includes chemical production, mechanical assembly line, R&D testing rigs, and power electronics testing.
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise all facility installations with suppliers and the engineering team
  • Provide technical facilities services to internal customers by identifying, analysing and resolving business issues and requests autonomously
  • Implement and integrate new equipment and experimental setups to enhance our facilities
  • Define and implement procedure and guideline for the facilities to work efficiently and in compliance with safety regulation
  • Define and control activities such as waste disposal, building layout and security for the facilities
  • Support in defining maintenance strategies and resources needs to achieve business objectives
  • Organise inventory and warehouse management

Qualifications

  • Min. 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably with expertise in industrial R&D facility and production including handling chemical constraints and engineering activities
  • Higher education in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering or any related fields
  • Demonstrated strong planning, project, and people management skills
  • Good knowledge of HSE, safety regulation and compliance
  • Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in French & good communication in English
