Our client is a specialist biotherapeutics manufacturer with over a century of experience treating various diseases worldwide. They are committed to patients with coagulation disorders, immunological diseases, enzyme deficiency diseases and other rare diseases.
For their office based in Bern, they are currently looking for a:
HR Operations Advisor
for 6 month-contract with possibility of extension afterwards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Completing all tasks related to Remote work which are approval from Tax, preparing an International remote working letters, confirmation to employees;
- Preparing invoices query, follow up for the payment, any other queries from Vendors;
- Acting in case of issues with visa confirmation;
- Being in contact with Swiss authorities like health insurance department, immigration;
- Preparing monthly work permit reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required;:
At least commercial apprenticeship or high school diploma in Human Resources;
- At least 3 years of work experience in Human Resource in either international or regional environment;
- Being fluently in German and English.
