The Tribe Invest & Financial Insurances is responsible for offering the investment products distributed by the Bank
We develop and maintain end-to-end solutions for the Bank's clients in this area
The Tribe is organized into 13 squads (themselves organized into 3 Clusters) and 3 transversal entities working together to implement our ambitions.
Today, the tribe faces major challenges to accelerate the digitalization of the investment offer and the accessibility of our products for our customers while implementing important regulatory projects.

The Process Engineer/ Business analyst actively participates in the reflections and ideation phases in collaboration with his Business and IT partners to ensure that the chosen solutions best meet the needs of customers and employees, while being in line with the Bank's strategy and respecting the objectives of operational efficiency (simplicity, lean,...) and risk management.
Integrate the Referential squad, work in close collaboration with the squad members and PO
- Transversal stake holders’ management
- Understand and document current process and tools
- Understand referential processes
- Lead workshop to define target flow
- Document and communicate target flow and process
- Provides support during business and user testing and assists with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable
- Build and run the change management plan
- Manage the risk, quality, and issues
- Perform BAU tasks ( Maintain Process notes, User Support,...)
Dutch & French
- Dutch Native( preferably) & strong written and spoken communication skills in the other language
English
- Main language spoken in the team. Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Business sciences or equivalent business experience
- Certification in Agile methodologies (recommended)
