Role Purpose:
Our client has embarked on an exciting Digitalisation/Business transformation project which will move the organisation from a complex collection of unconnected systems to a consolidated enterprise platform, focused on a low-code/no-code approach which will deliver efficiencies for both internal and external customers. They are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst to join their project team. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our organisation in the implementation, customisation, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will play a key role in understanding our business requirements and translating them into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse their respective business processes, requirements, and objectives, and provide expert advice on how to leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to meet our clients business needs.
  • Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including customisations, integrations, and extensions. E.g. at a minimum, Configure OOB features in CRM.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and develop solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing system/s and/or business processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (BI (Business Intelligence), Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and features in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Power Apps and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management processes and principles.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including customer portals, specifically power apps and power automate.
  • Ability to configure OOB features in CRM.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business processes and determine effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a dedicated team player.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ideally, possess relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer Associate, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Proven experience in conducting business process analysis and translating those requirements into functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with public sector implementations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of UX requirements and working with customer portals.
