Overview:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team in Dublin 2. This role is suitable for third level graduates with 0-2 years work experience in relevant fields. Working directly with company founders and senior management this role offers unique insight into the workings of a HPSU (High-Potential Start Up).
The Role will offer exposure to several areas:
1. Business Development
- Support the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of business plans and growth strategies.
- Marketing & PR
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities.
Collaborate on planning company pitches at industry events globally and content for virtual pitch events
Sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead-generation efforts.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Participate in client meetings to gain exposure to the sales process.
Business Operations
- Identify ways to streamline operational processes, fully utilise the power of existing technology and introduce new tools where appropriate
- Maintain company workflow and database updates
- Provide general support to the wider team on administrative tasks
- Assist on delivering operational strategy
- Provide executive support in preparing board presentations and reports
- You have a bachelor's, post-graduate or master's degree from an accredited third level institution
- You have gathered up to 2 years of work experience preferably in finance, business development, high-potential startups, or other competitive environments
- You have a curious mindset and an interest in startups/enterprise/fintech/investing
- You work in an structured way, and are thorough in your every task
- You are proactive with an independent working style allowing you to plan ahead without close guidance
- You are adept at collaborating with others when required and strive to achieve clear outcomes
- You are highly familiar with all standard office software (either Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint or Google Numbers/Sheets) and quick to learn any new work-tools
- You have a hands-on working style with the capacity to deliver strong results and impact business decisions in a dynamic environment
