Description
Support the day to day running of the recruitment processes for Recruitment and Agency divisions.
- Perform all other related administration activities required and duties as assigned.
- Clear communication with Healthcare providers to get nurse, HCAs & Chef vacancies
- Maintain cordial relationship with Nursing Home and Hospital employers to get vacancies for agency shifts
Key Skills and Experience
- Highly organised and methodical approach to work.
- Third level qualification and/or previous experience in Office Administration.
- Fluent English essential, both written and spoken.
- Effective and clear communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Dynamic, flexible, and capable of prioritizing tasks.
- Ability to work independently with a confident go-getter approach to the role.
- Microsoft Office essentials: Excel, Word, Database and Spreadsheet management. Google Mail, calendars.
- Training will be provided.
