Our client, a specialist in building materials, is now seeking a Graduate Field Sales Representative to develop and implement a sales plan for the Republic of Ireland to maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business.
Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, create a clear vision and structure for the development of customers within the region
- Actively engage with other teams to deliver the objectives of the area plan
- Implement the area plan in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager and cross channel colleagues
- Develop and create sales opportunities with the implementation of new product area plans
- Act as the main focal point of information between customers, sales teams and other departments
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the region
- Work towards targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Third level education, preferably in a field related to Construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take a consultative approach to building customer relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Full driving license
