POSITION:

• Chemist

SALARY:

• Qr. 2300-2700/- Based on experience.
• The company will provide free Accommodation and Free Transportation.

QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma in the respective field.

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

• Calibrate the Laboratory instruments / coordinate the preventive maintenance activities based on instrument calibration/ PM schedule
• Update analysis test methods based on the latest approved international methods / standards
• Follows Laboratory standard Safety rules and regulations
• Establish calibration procedures for analysers
• Validate the performance of the newly added instruments
• To complete routine testing on time as per the samples given by the Material Engineer
• Update the SQC charts
• Prepare standards needed for calibration of the analyser
• Prepare Quality Control charts for the validation report
• Check in the condition of the received samples and rejecet improperly taken, or samples with incomplete information
• Perform required analysis as per the apporved procedures
• Maintain the integrity of the analysed samples, inform about abnormal results.
• Run the validation standards to validate the performance of the instrument prior to starting the analysis
• Checks the validation of the Calibration of the instrument / expiration date of reagents and chemicals prior to performing the analysis.
• Maintain the integrity of lab instruments and testing equipment, inform Material Engineer of test related abnormalities, and Maintains good housekeeping in his testing area.
• Calibrate Lab instruments according to Calibration schedule
• Follows Laboratory standard Safety rules and regulations.

Authority
- To reject the improper sample received for testing.

Salary: QAR2,300.00 - QAR2,700.00 per month

Experience:
