Supply Chain Planning Analyst 3

The HP supply chain is responsible for planning, sourcing, making, and delivering more than 2 PC’s and 1 Printer every second of every day to channel partners and end-user customers around the world. We are searching for a Business Operations Analyst 3 in Thailand.

Responsibilities:

• Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.
• May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
• Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.
• Ability to handle most unique situations.
• May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
• Supports Supply Chain resiliency for Planning along with associated projects and processes.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to maintain and enhance current business processes and solve issues.
• Supports a large/ complex product set or global business unit.
• Independently executes job duties, identifies issues/ impacts.
• Responsible for supply chain processes, such as demand supply matching and material allocation.
• Produces reports and analyzes data to develop trends for supply and demand planning activities.
• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement.

Knowledge & Experience

• First level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2-5 years of experience in a supply chain function is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver).
• Familiar with working on issues of a diverse complexity and scope
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough ability to simplify the complex, data visualization, and story communication.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.).
• SAP experience is an advantage.
