Sales Assistant (Jlpt N3)

Trading(Food)- [Business] Export meet products (mainly chicken)- Coordinate between teams, and oversea Japan.

• Taking care of opening orders and preparing various documents related to sales.
• Controlling the storage of information and documents
• Coordinate the Logistics departments to deliver products to customers.
• Liaise with relevant internal and external departments
• Prepare sales reports and other related reports.
• Collect and track customer payments.
• Follow up on other assignments

Qualifications:
Requirement:

• 【Must】- Bachelor degree
• Minimum 3 years work experience
• Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
• Good command of English (speaking, writing and reading)

【Advantage】- Have experience in trading company,import/export related job would be advantage
- Have experience in food trading company would be advantageEnglish Level:
Level 4 - Conversational LevelOther Language:
