Your mission
- Lead your team alongside the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and hold a leadership position in their absence.
- Drive strategic growth through careful analysis of product and consumer trends.
- Help develop the team and train new colleagues.
- Keep store well organized and in-line with brand visual merchandising guidelines.
- Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience. Whether they are long-time brand ambassadors or are discovering our products for the first time, ensuring that our clients embark on their own personal journey is our top priority.
- Build long-term relationships with our clientele by leveraging our tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Assist with special requests and perform repairs in coordination with our client care department.
- Be a team player, first and foremost, who is eager to learn about our products, our brand and history. A team player is diplomatic, embodies the our values, collaborates with their colleagues and is always there to lift the team spirit.
