- Provide senior management leadership and oversight for operation activities supporting Markets and Securities Services business in the market.
- Act as senior officer responsible from an operations perspective to local stakeholders
- Ensure efficient and effective operation activities within Markets and Securities Service business.
- Oversee risk management and compliance associated with clearing and settlement, cash & FX, asset servicing, data management, reconciliations etc within the operational activities of the business.
- Simplify and create synergy across operations and provide strong local decision making and ensure timely escalation
- Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders to address operational needs and challenges
Requirements - Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- 8 years work experienced in managing a large team to service global custodians, broker-dealers, group entities and other financial and non-financial institutions.
- Strong analytical skills
- Resourceful, energetic, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of developments in related industry sector
- Wide-ranging and require proactiveness and a high degree of communication skills with the client, the counterpart and possible with the regulators
