Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling Team of concern department( FMCG/ Fresh Food/ Non
- Food)
- Responsible for staff scheduling
- Responsible for Daily Operations of the departments.
- Responsible for Out-Of-Stock items and pending delivery follow-up.
- Responsible for display standard and missing range.
- Responsible for warehouse management.
- Responsible for promotion items availability and display.
- Responsible for Hygiene standard for department.
- Responsible for reporting any major or minor issue related his department.
- Responsible for staff vacation plan for departments.
- Follow the order with Section Supervisor.
- Coordinate with Inventory team plane for stock take and stock corrections.
- Ensure the training and daily verify to section supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Familiarity with FMCG, Fresh Food, or Non-Food products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- As Team Leader in retail Background: 3 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Doha (required)

- Doha: Relocate before starting work (required)
