kariera.gr 's H iring Solutions team, is looking on behalf of a company that operates in telecoms, for a Product Performance Analyst.
Responsibilites include:
Strategy implementation for B2B portfolio (SME & Corporate)
Product proposition definement and pricing to ensure company’s targets and meet customer’s needs
Revenue growth via development of existing customer base (CRM-CVM) & acquisition of new customers
End-to-end design and execution of cross-selling and upselling campaigns & offering
Multiple datasets analysis and creation of relevant segmentation to identify opportunities and quickly turn insights into Sales initiatives
Cross-functional collaboration with all involved departments across organization for the proper execution of campaigns
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Product Management or CRM/CVM, Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Knowledge of Telecoms market (Fixed and/or Mobile) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Marketing
Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus
Combination of analytical & commercial thinking
Reliability and assertive determination to ensure delivery of results
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Excellent numerical skills
Ability to work in teams, creativity, efficiency and attention to detail
Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of MS Office
