JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading German kitchen manufacturer willing to establishing from scratch its stores in Athens is looking for a: Operations & Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations and sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
- Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Monitor performance metrics for operations and sales, making adjustments as necessar to improve results.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines, maintaining a safe and risk-free environment.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on operations and sales performance.
- Manage and oversee the inventory, ensuring that customer demands are met efficiently.
- Provide training and mentorship to operations and sales team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager with a strong sales background or a Similar role in Sales Management.
- Previous experience in kitchen industry
- Demonstrable ability to drive sales and manage operations efficiently.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial principles, and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
