Requirements:
Degree on Hotel Management or Tourism and /or Business Administration.
A strong knowledge and understanding of food and beverage operations is essential. This includes knowledge of beverages, food preparation techniques, food safety and hygiene practices, inventory management, and customer service principles.
Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing.
