We are currently seeking an *Inside Sales Agent *to join our mission of providing high-level services to homeowners in need of solutions. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be the trusted advisor clients need to feel empowered and make informed decisions.

- Responsibilities_
- *Close Deals *on the phone with Home Owners.
- Convert warm/hot Seller Leads into signed contracts with a sense of urgency
- Build rapport with Seller Leads through long-term follow-up over the phone
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain our current marketplace position
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Make quick decisions in response to changing conditions
- Provide directive leadership to achieve business results
Manage updated pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads
- Qualifications_
Previously Closed Deals with US Based Real Estate employer
Fluent American english speaker
An upbeat personality, high energy, and positive attitude
A good listener- you will be providing solutions
Negotiation skills - we will be converting leads to deals and making offers

Access to *reliable internet - *you will be communicating with clients and team members through ZOOM calls and other web-based programs
Sales Background - working experience as a Health Insurance Agent, Car salesman, Insurance Agent, Call-Center Experience.

Internet connection of at least 15mbps; w/ back up
Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
Backup workstation (preferred)
Backup internet (pocket WIFI)
USB noise-cancelation headset (REQUIRED)
