Jungsaemmool beauty Singapore is planning to open the first ever concept store, where you could 1) Start your beauty journey at our *retail store *, 2) Nourish your beauty knowledge and skills at *Academy *with educational possibilities and professional networking 3) Complete your beauty at *Salon *by Jung Saem Mool’s **professional Makeup and Hair service.
We are looking for a retail assistant manager to lead the operation of the flagship store.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In-charge of overall store day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with Salon and Academy team to ensure flawless operation and service
- Provide expert cosmetic recommendations and consultations, making sure that the needs and satisfaction of the client are satisfied.
- Responsibly handle and address customer inquiries regarding product, pricing, availability, delivery or any other related matters
- Assist in store promotional events and campaigns with the corporate team.
- Manage reservation & POS and loyalty system
- Preserve a positive work atmosphere, encourage collaboration and efficient communication among employees.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Work as an acting-manager of the retail store when Retail Manager is not present
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably with experience in either Cosmetics / Branded boutique along with a track record of successful sales.
- Able to perform retail shift hours / weekends / public holidays
- Good communication and presentation skills
