Description
Job Requirements
- Manage project implementation to ensure it is within budget and as per planned timeline.
- Work with internal stakeholders such as HO BUs, Regions and SIAEC as well as external stakeholders such as consultants and system integrators on key deliverables and issue resolutions.
- Manage and mitigate project risk and highlight potential challenges.
- Plan and schedule resource efficiency.
- Establish governance and ensure compliance.
- Track and report all the success metrics.
- Manage communications and facilitate change management/training.
- Devise and maintain detailed documentation.
- Facilitate workshop with stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic physical inspection of stock items, contingency plans and provide risk assessment to reduce risk of disruptions to operations.
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of warehouse operations against the set SLAs and performance targets for appointed 3PL (e.g., turnaround time for orders, timely GR, QC etc).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Possess analytical, problem solving and conceptualization skills.
- Possess interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Strong organization skills and good time management.
Knowledge or some experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Accounts Payable functions and processes
- Category or Supply Chain management
- Procurement Operations
- SAP ERP system or systems supporting invoice processing
- Procurement business analytics
