Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Surakarta for a Supervisor Finance Accounting and Tax. The Supervisor Finance Accounting and Tax will oversee the company's financial accounting and tax reporting activities, including managing the preparation of financial statements, monitoring and interpreting cash flows, and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. The Supervisor Finance Accounting and Tax will also be responsible for analyzing financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations on financial performance to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Tax
- Experience with Indonesian accounting and tax regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in a supervisory role with direct reports is a plus
- CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Trial period contract
Salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
