**Job Description:
- Expertise in Pastry, Desserts and Baking (Traditional & Modern).
- Prepare standard recipes and constantly create new menu of high standards.
- Prepare the daily and production in pastry kitchen.
- Responsible for proper storage of food in pastry area.
- Maintains proper personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.
- Arrives on time to begin as scheduled per duty roster.
**Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Pastry.
- Willing to work Shift/Weekend/Public Holiday.
- Basic knowledge of Pastry & Baker.
- Language: English & Bahasa Melayu
