Responsibilities
- To manage e-commerce daily operations
- Product listing, content management, inventory, order fulfillment & campaign planning.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide solutions & alternatives
- Manage all online activities in relation to sales & reporting
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as & when required
Qualifications
- Digital savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office, E-Commerce business models, operations & technology
- Proficient in the language of English & Malay
- Able to work in a Fast Pace Environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
