Position: **B2C Digital Sales Executive (Furniture) **

A fast-growing e-commerce company based in Hong Kong and Singapore, which mainly deals with premium appliances, furniture, and sanitary ware. They are looking for good salespeople to join their Malaysia-based team.

You will be:

  • Servicing and converting customers/leads from Hong Kong and Singapore via phone.
  • Building strong rapport with customers and ensuring the best customer service is provided to them.
  • Not necessarily working on weekends but responding professionally and responsibly when receiving any inquiries. E.g., will get back to them first thing on Monday/when available.
  • Working remotely.

You should have:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in higher-end large appliances, kitchen cabinets or furniture.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Resourceful, assertive, highly independent, and result-oriented attitude.

Salary Range: up to RM12 000

Salary: RM5,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
