Nelson Bays Primary Health (NBPH) is the Primary Health Organisation (PHO) for the Nelson Tasman region. PHO's lead and co-ordinate primary health care within the local community. NBPH also manages an integrated health facility, Golden Bay Community Health, who deliver a wide range of health services to the local rural community in Takaka.

We have an exciting opportunity in our Richmond-based office for a Registered Health Professional (e.g Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Pharmacist, Nurse) with a special interest in chronic non-malignant pain. The successful applicant would work alongside our Occupational Therapist in the Persistent Non-Malignant Pain Service, and the wider multi-disciplinary team at Nelson Bays Primary Health.

  • Are you a self-motivated person who can strengthen relationships within the primary health care sector?
  • Do you have proven experience in chronic or persistent pain management?

We require the successful applicant to work 20 hours (0.5 FTE) per week. You should be a registered clinician (where mandatory) or member of a relevant association (where not mandatory).
