Position: Service Manager
Location: AutoXpress, Dock Road, Limerick V94 NA47
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, with performance-based bonuses
Requirements:
Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Previous management and leadership experience
Experience in the motor industry in a similar role is highly advantageous
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the AutoXpress Service department to achieve industry best standards
Oversee workflow and ensure operational & growth targets are met
Lead a team of Technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment
Timely invoicing of all work and swift processing of warranty claims
Efficient workshop loading to maximize efficiency and productivity
Accurate and customer-friendly scheduling of appointments
Implement warranty policies & procedures diligently
Efficiently manage our busy Service Department, ensuring optimal operations
Ensure a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with Health and Safety requirements
