Description
We have an excellent opportunity to join a newly incorporated law firm in Ireland as a property solicitor. Our client provides property advice and specialises in real estate lending deals across bridging finance, term debt and development finance.
The salary for this role is €90,000 - €100,000 + 5% employer pension contribution + health insurance + income protection and life assurance.
Ideally our client is looking for someone with:
- 3 - 5 years' post qualification experience in dealing with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions to include sales, purchases, title investigations, remortgages, boundary rectification and title issues, residential tenancy matters.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Have experience managing their own caseload and the ability to work with a team.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role preferred.
- Be client focused with good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
