Support Engineer MS SYSTEMS

Location: Warsaw/ remote

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Length: long-term cooperation

Rate: 90 - 105 PLN/h net on B2B

Methodology: Scrum

What You will be doing:

• Client device management
• Remote EUC third line Support
• Respond to critical security Incidents classified as Priority 1 Incidents (for clarity, these Incidents which may result in a security Incident should be worked on immediately through to resolution)
• Vulnerability management of the EUC Environment, ensuring EUC Equipment is running current software and patched to agreed versions, includes measurement against agreed security scorecard
• Implement agreed Business as Usual changes as requested via the change management function
• Policy management in relevant directories (on premises and cloud)

What we expect from you:

• 3 - 5 Years’ of experience in a similar role providing remote support services
• Knowledge of Office 365, SCCM and Intune, Windows 10, AD Users & Computers, Group Policy Objects
• Windows 10 build and maintenance lifecycle, including patching
• Working knowledge of troubleshooting infrastructure and OS, hardware embedded micro code / firmware
• Good knowledge of ITIL Service Delivery Processes (preferably with formal certification)
• Understanding the concepts of KPIs and SLAs
• Ability to perform troubleshooting tasks related to infrastructure and endpoints
