Inside Sale Representative

An exciting opportunity exists for an** Inside Sales Representative working within the HPE team at Dicker Data. The "ISR" role supports the activity of the Account Managers and Business Development Managers for HPE and HP Financial Services to help maximize sales, quoting, and order placement.

What you will do in this role:

• Work with the Business Unit team members including but not limited to the PM and Pre-Sales team to provide administrative support, and deliver correct solutions for all parties.
• Work with internal sales teams on all HPEFS leads/quotes to continue to build growth with the channel.
• Drive the adoption of HPE Financial Services within the Dicker Data sales team and the Dicker Data reseller channel.
• Develop a high level of understanding and competency in the HPE Business Unit's offerings. Attend relevant courses and conferences.
• Create BOM for basic HPE product requests, to be able to use HPE resources like HPE Product Bulletin and One Configuration Advanced.
• Be the central point of contact for HPE-related reseller requirements within Dicker Data, including quotes and product recommendations.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Minimum of 2 years of successful administrative and sales experience.
• An understanding of financial fundamentals such as gross margin/profit, return ratios, etc.
• Strong data analysis skills, ability to interpret and draw conclusions from information.
• IT industry experience and /or qualification is preferred.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
• Proactive orientation with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously.
