We are currently recruiting for the role of* Industrial Engineer* who will bring value to Nevomo in all related industrial topics.
Your duties will include:
- analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity,
- design and implement efficient workflows that align with technical project requirements and industry best practices,
- conduct resource planning to ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials,
- identify areas for continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations,
- collaborate with quality engineers to integrate quality control measures into industrial processes, ensuring high standards are maintained,
- conduct cost analyses for various processes and propose cost-effective solutions without compromising quality,
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of processes,
- assist in project management activities, ensuring that industrial engineering considerations are integrated into project plans.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production or a related field,
- minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment,
- proven experience in analyzing and optimizing industrial processes for improved efficiency,
- strong skills in designing and implementing efficient workflows that align with project requirements,
- excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams,
- basic project management skills and the ability to contribute to project planning and execution,
- strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical and effective solutions,
- ability to adapt to changing project requirements and industry dynamics,
