- A trade or tertiary background
- Proven experience delivering commercial projects of $40M plus from a Tier 1 or 2 contractor in NZ
- Skilled in intricate fitout projects
- Strong construction programme knowledge
- Strong IT skills
- Stability on your CV is preferable
