Regulatory Operations Team Leader

Reporting to the Unit Director you will provide outstanding leadership for a dynamic and collaborative team, to ensure delivery technical and support functions.

For this role, you must have:

• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or a minimum of 10 years combined work experience including experience at a level with responsibility and involvement in business systems.
• Experience with business planning and auditing.
• Proven leadership skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results in a timely and professional manner.

Key skills needed for this role:

• Understanding of the economic and legislative restraints relating to the regulatory environment.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• You will be a strategic thinker - with the ability to demonstrate a broad-based view of issues.

What is the salary?

The salary is from $110,000 and is negotiable depending on the level of skills and experience you bring to the role.

• An understanding of the economic and legislative restraints relating to the regulatory environment.
• An understanding of and commitment to delivering on the principals of Te Tiriti O Waitangi.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
