Job Description:
Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership:

  • Lead and guide the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software solutions.

  • Provide technical expertise and support in Flutter, Node.JS, MongoDB, and AWS.

  • Team Management:

  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.

  • Project Management:

  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope by setting realistic timelines and milestones.

  • Coding and Development:

  • Hands-on coding and development using Flutter, Node.JS, MongoDB, and AWS as needed.

  • Review and contribute to the development of complex features and functionalities.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices within the development team.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-tested code.

  • Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.

  • Stay Updated:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the team's technical capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Flutter, Node.JS, MongoDB, and AWS.
  • Previous experience managing and leading a development team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
