Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning & coordination of development works from tender, concept, design, construction to completion
• Plan, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmes
• Prepare progress reports, work method statements and forecasts
• Main point of contact and liaison between project teams and the client's representatives, consultants and relevant authorities
• Coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams
• Manage budget and ensures it achieves beyond target profit margin
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for execution and monitoring of works on site
• Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues with technical team
• Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
